One more meet-up

Still in the countryside. Leaving today.
I finally got my internet connection to work well enough so that I can post pictures. Yey! At the end of the trip.

These pics are from Wednesday. I went out in the morning at Plaza( a shopping mall)with my cousin and a friend I had not seen in ages. We talked through coffee and then as we were walking around the mall we had the idea of going and playing "PITZI" dress-up at Zara. "Pitzi" as I just recently discovered is a Romanian term for a slutty, flashy girl. To be sincere I have not seen many in Bucharest but I'm told its a huge trend. My camera got screwed up at Zara so I have no pics to show you but we made so much noise that we almost got kicked out.

In the afternoon I met up with Nookie( Fashion in my Eyes) and Alice( Dulapul Bunicii)at the Actors Cafe where we chatted for hours once again while having ice cream. I also got some amazing things designed and hand made by Alice herself. Here I am trying a couple of different options... there were so many ... I couldn't decide.



Anyways I really hope I will get to go out at least once more with the girls before I leave. My trip is almost coming to an end here in Romania and I'm actually a bit sad about it.

Away for 3 days

Hello my darlings!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is a quick message to let you know that I'm away till Sunday at my grandparents and by some miracle I was able to get a weak internet connection to post this. It takes 5 minutes to load a page. I'm very sorry that I can not post the photos from Wednesday. I met up with Nookie and Alice once again. The minute I get back to Bucharest you will have details unless by some miracle my internet connection get stronger here and I will be able to upload photos.

I also want to apologize for my sporadic returned comments. I do not have as much free time here as I do back home...there are a lot of people to be seen...I promise once I get back comments will become a regular thing. I really want to thank all of you who follow my blog. Your support and comments mean a lot to me and they let me know what I do right and what I do wrong.

On another note, I already went through some of my gramma's things from the 60's and 70's and found some amazing cute things. Photos of those will also be coming when I get back.

Mojitos @ Carturesti

Yesterday night I met up with Nookie from Fashion in My Eyes and Alice from Dulapul Bunicii at Carturesti for some mojitos and lemonade. I had the most amazing time ever. Both girls are so amazingly cool. Nookie has the same hilarious sense of humor in person as she does on her blog. Alice is extremely sweet and gives you the feeling that you have known her for years and she is one of your closest friends. Overall I had a great time and I'm excited to see them again on Wednesday.
