My weekend outfit!!!!!!!!
I found this lace body suit in my mom's closet from when she was younger. I love it! Except it doesn't fit me too well in the boob area. It seems I'm a lot smaller than she was in that area!
The skirt is my most treasured vintage possession. I got it at a vintage market in NYC 5 years ago. Payed a hefty price for it but it is in excellent condition. Cant believe that I actually considered for a moment not to get it. It would have been my biggest fashion mistake!

Going Coastal

This is a slight variation of an outfit I wore Friday night for dinner at Coast on Alberni with a group of friends. The outfit is almost the same, except I wore black opaques with knee high boots as it was raining like crazy!
The top is one of my vintage finds from F as in Frank from earlier last week. I liked this top a lot when I got it but after I wore it this weekend I think its one of my favorite pieces now. It totally reminds me of the tan jersey draped dress that I got from Corina Vladescu. It's like she saw this top and was somehow inspired by it to create it in a new modern piece. I should definitely do a post on her. She's the most talented young Romanian designer with the biggest amount of potential to make it really big on the international scene.

Natural Woman

As you can see, at least once a week I have to wear a bohemian outfit. There is no other way! You can never take the Boho out of me!

Too buzzed to sleep

hello my darlings!!!!

I have arrived in Romania for 2 days now. The first day I did not do anything because I was way too tired. Unfortunately I was way too buzzed to fall asleep so I played dress up in my mom 80's clothes that she left in our house in Romania. I found quite a couple of interesting things, one of those being this pleated printed skirt. Its way too long as it is obviously... I'm planning on hemming it to the knee when i get back... but I loved the pattern and the pleating and so its definitely a keeper.
This is just a little outfit pic I took while being bored.
The next day went to a BBQ and wore nothing too spectacular to share with you guys.
I'm unsure of my plans today but will definitely share them with you if I do end up doing something interesting.
Sorry for the bad quality of the photos. My bf did not travel with me and neither has his Canon. Therefore my point and shoot will have to do the job while I'm here. I did not choose the greatest lighting either so that could also be one the reasons for the not so amazing photo quality. Will try to be more careful next time.
