Firstly, I wanna thank each and every one of your who wrote me a lovely comment on my last post. I was feeling really down after I read that mean comment and your words of encouragement have meant the world to me. I haven't had time to thank each of you individually so forgive me for that, but I wanted all of you to know that your kind words made me feel a lot better.
This outfit is from yesterday evening. We were invited for dinner by one of my bf's friends and on our way there I saw these old brick buildings and wanted to take a photo of my outfit with them as my background. I'm a sucker for old buildings since there are so few in Vancouver as it is still a pretty new city. It actually turned out that my bf's friends lived exactly in the building in the background. The interior was just as old but in a nice way. They had one of those vintage bath tubs and the kitchen cupboards reminded me of an old English cottage. It was a charming place.

Cool! The east coast has some old buildings, but around here they are mostly bed and breakfasts and stuff.
No problem, her comment was completely unneccessay and I hate it when people do that for no apparent reason, and I know how hurtful it can be when people say things like that about the way you look.
I love the blazer, and the print on that dress is amazing.
Where I live in the English countryside there are quite a lot of old buildings, many of which are falling into disrepair.

Such a great outfit!
That being said, I LOVE your blog. You prove that you don't have to be a cookie cutter model to be beautiful and fashionable.
One time, on a single outfit, I received only 4 comments, and every single one of them were negative comments, saying things such as "omg you call that style, your blog is a joke", "your outfits make you look like you are over 40" and "your styling is pretty horrible...it lacks creativity and is uninspiring, it is boring and plain".
It really, really hurt my feelings that so many people went out of their way to say something like that to me...if you don't like someone's clothes, move on, because criticizing someone that wears something that makes them happy is just shallow and cruel.
Anyways, I'm sorry I typed a novel, but you're beautiful, exactly the way that you are. I just think you needed to know that.
Surprinzatoare si draguta, ca de obicei. Felicitari Mina, tinutele tale sunt mereu frumoase si cu gust!
