This post has nothing to do with FASHION! My mind lately has been on redecorating my home! I've moved in my new house exactly 3 years ago. I started off with the basic living essentials and slowly I have added bits and pieces I liked and changed a couple of major things like my couch into a sectional. But now I think its time for a lift. I need to give it more personality. Anybody who has been to my house will tell you that it's basically black and white. Although I'm planning on keeping this as my main colour scheme I need it done in a more elegant way. Looking through different images on the web I think I would classify my home decor style as modern eclectic.
I come across Christina Murphy's designs through the home decor blog VARNISH and I must say I loved her work. Its basically exactly what I am looking for.
Love the idea of painting the rims of the glass doors black to break up the whiteness. I will definitely do this to the door separating my den from my living room!
I love this wallpaper but not the table! Too small for me! I love to entertain lots people and round tables are just too small for that!
Love this foyer!!!
Next up the bedroom!

I like the first 3 styles because of the clear walls, I like the printed ones too but on a dailly basis, I think it will give you headaches:)
I love Wallpaper so much! I also have a million dreams/design ideas for my hopefully future home. One of the rooms will definitely have at least one floral wallpaper wall, the other three being white. I love that you've wrote this article. Can't wait for the result!:)
These interiors are amazing.
I'm curious to see your place after the renovation ^^
Hi! I haven't been blogging for a while but I'm jumping back on the bandwagon. I missed your blog :)
I really like inspiration for home decorating! I think we have different tastes but the stuff you posted is neat. Just be careful with too much black, it can make a room look smaller.

I really love this style of decorating- ultra modern but with tons of pattern, antique pieces, and girly touches thrown in. I'm showing these to my boyfriend but he's the Ikea-type, all about clean lines, no frills. He will just have to compromise =)
beuatiful pictures! these rooms look amazing!

Thanks for sharing! I really like how well light all the rooms seem to be, I think brightness has a very important part to play in the mood and enjoyability of a room. I'm very interested to see how you interpret these to work with your space.
omg i love all of these...i just wanna wake up and walk into rooms with different decor everyday
I prefer a cleaner cut, less busy look. Tranquility is important in a sanctuary you look forward to returning to each day.
A good sized wildlife photography, for instance, does wonders to jazz up the serenity factor of the ambiance.
